Hello to everyone who has purchased property at Caesar Resort. We have bought a 1 bedroom appartment A2 in Augustus block. We were wondering if anyone is considering renting out their appartment during the year and would be interested to know the average rental price for low, medium and high season.



Also has everyone given their solicitor a their POA? or is it possible to buy property and just fly over when documentation needs signing?

Yes. You can give POA by going to the TRNC embassy in London (Bedford Sq), and get it witnesses by an official.

We have bought a two bedroomed in block Victorius but it's being built in stage 3 so wont be ready for sometime but we would be interested to know the average rental price for low, medium and high season, if you have any info. much appreciated.

The rental management office should be open March / April I think (Onsite) so would think they could give you a good indication.

It,s difficult knowing where to pitch rentals. Hotels are offering good packages with flights included but obviously the danger is that going at too lower price may cheapen the resort.

Hi Jan & Ken ,

we have just got back and the site is looking good, but there is no way it could be rented out as a holiday let at present. Jack is hoping to have in door pool done at the end od Feb and he is hoping the out side one is done at the end of May. Only then would it be fit for holidays. and we are sure it should be great by then. we asked about management company and they are just sorting this out nothing in place as yet...

Which Block/appartment have you purchased? and what was the weather like? We are going out in March and unsure what sort of clothing to take with us. Have you bought your appartment as an investment or are you using it for your own purposes?

sorry for delay in replying. I am not sure if our block will be completed in phase 2 or 3. I suppose we could contact Jack & co to find out a more exact timescalet. We are planning to visit hopefully sometime this year also, just to see how things are going. If anyone knows when Victorius to due to be completed?

hi is there another forum for ceasar resort as this one seems to have dwindled a bit?

We have an appt in augustus and could really do with some advice on furniture packages /rental /flights ect if anyone could help id appreciate it .
