I think the best place to ask is in the Girne immigration as the rules seem to change so often.

this was the list we were given about 2 weeks ago.

you could always check with girne policestation.

I would add that if you do not have your Kocan then proof that you have paid all of your taxes on your property purchase will be required.

To your knowledge, are they insisting on VAT having been paid?

The latest I heard seemed to indicate not...
