anyone got any problems with extend internet?

my friend lives in tatlisu and has had no internet for 4 days now. at first they said they were having a few problems and were sorting it out, but now they are not answering their help line. Obviously she is getting worried as has paid a year up front. Has anyone else had any problems with extend lately???

Got Extend at work and the service can be intermittent. Got Nethouse at home and have had no problems at all. Both locations are within 5 miles of Kyrenia.

Hi vee123, Our Laptop went down on saturday,Called Nethouse and they were out in less than 2 hours and changed the box over to a new version, well done Nethouse.

No problems with Extend but there are problems with linking ISP's in Turkey which have knocked out or slowed down the internet for the last week.



Some days have just given up trying because it has been so slow.



I know this sounds daft but has friend tried connecting at the quieter times of day ie early am becasue there are peaks and troughs when even at the best of times thing is slow.

We are with bortec and have had no internet since thursday night. I am told that today they are having talks with BRT and the government because apparently BRT have cut the electricity!!! Fingers crossed.
