The villa they have is the same size. OK, it may have a pool but who wants a pool built by a builder. Well not unless you like having water tankers deliver water everyday.

All getting a bit silly now. How exactly is posting a link hijacking a thread. Same could be said when someone says they've had a nice meal at xxxx and someone else says they prefer zzzz. I was also enjoying Reading the debate on gaza relief until it was halted. I suppose this could be described as going off thread.

Each to there own trade. I remember reading an article that I think was by Octopus Pools that summed it up. You would not get a pool builder to build a house, so why get a builder to build a pool. Building pools is a fine art.



Anyway, this is all starting to go off thread, which to remind everyone is that our house is up for sale. So any more diversions from this will be deleted as it is against forum rules.

Why is it when anyone trys to sell a villa or a car on this board you always get people who wish to put other people off from purchasing it. How these people can assess from an advert that its too cheap, too expensive, too small, too big etc.. etc... is beyond me. Im sure people who wish to view are capable of decided wether it has or hasn't got what they require from a villa. Most of us are aware that even the same type of villa will vary in price depending on location, views, plot size, extras, land type, wether its been lived in and had all the snagging problems rectified. Good luck with your sale, it looks like a palace.

Andy is my neighbour and these villas are built by Kibris Inshaat, I sound the H cos I ain't got the squiggly thing on my comp They are very well built, large rooms, 3 double beds and the option of a fourth downstairs, I use mine as the office..they are on large plots and we have great sea and mountain views...
