Bought a Draper garden shredder in UK,assembled and dirtied in but never used.Think it's just blowing a fuse.Anyone know good repairman.I'm in Lapta

Try the porta cabin on the main road in Alsancak just before the Ravine Bar on the right coming from Lapta.

try unplugging it, and then dismantle to the point where you can get at the rotating blades - make sure that you can spin them by hand, and that there is nothing jamming the thing, and then carefully re-asemble and try again.
