Disney is a very well organised, profitable, & ethical business.
Wish I'd worked for them instead of some of the outfits that I did!

Whilst I welcome your approbation of Disney, I have to confess that the remainder of your post appears to be somewhat disjointed, if not incoherent - to the point where I simply cannot make any sense of it.
