Help with snagging

Hello everyone - Seasons Greetings!



We are due for completion on our apartment in Crystal Bay and snagging etc has to be done within 45 days. As we are unable to go over and deal with this personally, can anyone recomend anyone to do this for us?

we are going to use a guy called Stuart Hillard to supervise the build of our villa when we start to build it.

He is based in Lapta

He has been recomended by another web site and having spoken to him he knows what he is on about.

Would definitely recommend who we used/using. His name is Tom Spensley. His charges are very reasonable. For two bed apartment he charged us £125 and also did builders clean for £80. Comes highly recommend. We met him when we were over in October and him and his wife were lovely. I have been using Stuart for 18 months now and he is great. He is in the UK this week as his father in law has passed away but his e-mail will give you a phone number.

It might be worthwhile giving Roger & Angie a call, they live local to your apartment and they do a very good job, they do everything from basic cleans to full maintenance and laundry Tel 0090 533 831 0026,

ISS are also good but it may be too far for them
