Our place is on Lapta Pines ( Santa Fe) nearby and has been completed nearly 3 years.



I was at Olive Grove on Friday, some snagging as been done but no permanent electric as yet. SF are awaiting final payments from owners I understand. The reason I mention SF customers is that I am going to give them a discount as fellow owners!

If you are planning to come over SF will provide temp electric for your stay. Is anyone on your site going to live here permanently?

I have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite and 1 wet room villa by the Sante Fe apartments by the Sempati Hotel, all mod cons, satelitte tele, gazebo, private pool for rent most of this year.
