| hello is any body at the apartments yet using them just want to see if all the snagging is done and if the electric is on and how the site has progressed and is there any news on the land ie mortgage hope to hear from any one one on the site |

| Temp electric, nobody living on site and snagging has been completed this week on some apartments. Site not maintained yet. Why don't you contact Rob at Merryweathers as he will have information. |

| we have paid everthing now including maintence has any body else paid this all our snagging in our apartment as complete when we was out last |

Still a £100,000 mortgage on the site. Our snagger gave Santa-Fe our report in june still not complete. The management company wanted £400 for 6 months management not sure if thats still the case. I wasn't prepared to pay from the 1st of october as suggested by Santa-Fe for a site with no electric no water in the pool and un-finished snaggings thats taking the P*ss what is there to manage??? Good Luck. |

| Well folks.....Feb now how is it all going, off out 19th Feb to pay final payment..will not be very happy if no electric. |
