Guess you are talking about the development at Alsancak which from what I know no apartments or villas are finished yet so nobody is likely to have got their deeds. They do seem to be still working on the site if that helps.

No, it is in the citycener, there are some buildings with the name "Sahara height", they are completely finished.

I got home from Sahara Heights Apartments- Kyrenia. I have never seen such a bad construction and the biggest disappointment I've experienced. Company manager, Rafael ELMALEH gave us during the sale 5 year construction guarantee with a big smile but it was too late when we realize we were lied to. Our house mold and moisture in walls and ceilings just after 5 months we moved in. All have the same problems in construction Sahara. My biggest problem is that despite our good intentions we all threatened by Rafael badly!!!!



I give money and I bought this house and now being threatened. My friend bought the house Alsancak Sahara and she had the same problem. Do not buy anything from these people, they are liars and thieves. To show that we are not fools, and to get our rights as we have unity among ourselves and those people have moved to court!!!!!!!
