hi everyone i am new to the board this being my first post although i have viewed the forum pages for many months.

we have an apartment in alsancak and will be out in may.

i was wondering if anyone else has bought on the messas development of orchard heights, we were out last october to snag and pick white goods furniture etc and although our flat was complete the site was not quite there but the developer told us it would be complete in about 4 months and up until now he has been true to his word. its just that i have not been able to contact him over last few weeks or so. if anyone lives close by and goes past the site i would be very grateful if you could let me know if there is any sign of life. the development is about 50 yards or so before the water company building on oposite side coming from girne.

the builder sold the whole site to a GC investor last week!! (only joking) no i dont know the site

I had a snoop round there a week or so ago.



It looks very well built. I saw that Eurocoast are doing the building work and I have only heard good things about this builder.



It didnt look like many people were living there when I was on site.

thanks for that donty. yes you are quite right the building work is to a high standard. as of last october there was only one permanent resident which was a young cypriot lady and her brother who both work at one of the casinos. there were only 6 sold at that point but i think a real estate company has bought a full block of 6 also now as i saw his ad online. if you do happen to see any activity please let me know.

Would like to now if there are workmen on site finishing the insides off. Last October the developer told us he would have the site and all apartments finished for about Febuary.Ours is complete just need meters. Last October most of the others needed tiling ,bathrooms ,kitchens etc road needed top layer of tarmac and pool finishing also gate at entrance. Trying to get developer to answer my e-mails is like trying to get blood from a stone.

hi tigger. visited orchard heights this afternoon. there was 5 workmen on site (having lunch) eurocoast truck on site also. the pool is finished and gardens landscaped. road is tarmaced into apts but no entrance gate as yet, they will probably erect that when finished. it looks like they are working on the last 2 blocks directly behind the pool, i went inside and there is plenty of activity in apts, they are working on tiling the bathrooms and kitchens, i would say all looks like work is progressing. construction company. e-mail address http://www.eurocoast.group.com mesa construction 0090 5338654448. hope this info is useful, lindamc

thanks lindamc thats been a big help and to be honest a big weight off our minds knowing that work is still ongoing. Cant wait to be over there coming out 1st may for 3 weeks. If i can return the favour anytime i would be only to pleased to.

Whats up Hippo got out the wrong side of the water hole today. Were happy with our purchase thats all that matters perhaps your not happy with yours.
