Cheapest is proberly via Stanstead....much cheaper via Larnaca with no problems at the crossing. ( you will save £100 each ), timewise both are the same. Ercan means a stop over in turkey whilst Larnaca is 45mins drive longer

hope this helps?...try travelsupermarket .com

I nearly booked with monarch last month. The flight was advertised at £132 but when everything else was added on it was nearly as expensive as scheduled for a budget airline flight.

Hi Clayton, for me it's simple if I can't fly from Manchester I don't go

Manchester is so convenient for us though it can be really frustrating when you occasionally see some of the great offers available from Stanstead.

Rather than check the tens of possibilities on offer and end up where you began I would advise two routes only... saves the frustration.

1... Monarch Manchester to Larnaca.. go on their website put in your dates and see what is available... then click calender dates which will give you departure/ return dates for the whole month which will allow you to pick and choose the cheapest flights available. Usually flying Mondays offer best value.

2... Cypruspremier from Manchester to Ercan, http://www.cypruspremier.com

On their website you again can tailor in your dates etc.

Hope this helps... regards Joseph

Joseph

If you use cyprus premier you restrict your flights Manchester to Ercan they do not offer Turkish Airlines who offer flights most days of the week. CP only offer CTA with one or two flights a week.

There are many more TA flights but you will have to change in Istanbul (you can add to your holiday with a trip to Istanbul in one direction).

Hi Clayton, missed you last time out.

Just checked April for myself and CTA were actually £25 cheaper for 2, MAN-ECN than Monarch when you added monarch's taxes and surcharges.

Like Joseph, if it dont go from MAN or LPL, then neither do I.

October last year Turkish were cheapest but check the times as only flights on certain days link up with ECN flights. We had 1 hour wait going out and 2 hour wait coming home. Not much difference from CTA/KTHY.

Clayton,

An idle please be aware - If you do not hold an option the price could go up for tomorow (I hope it does not).

If you go through an agent they will charge you some fees but they can hold an option for you and then the price is guaranteed.
