Hi all,



Today's Guardian newspaper has an Easyjet advert stating flights to Paphos, however there's nothing on the Easyjet website yet !!



Can anyone shed any light on this ??

hi

tim the only place easy jet flies to anything turkish is istanbul and since they have bought out gbairways dalaman aswell this could be possiable because dalaman is only 45min away to ercan but i have not seen this on any story



winter even thou easy jet bought out gb airways this is no help to people who want cheap tickets to the south and then cross over because paphos is too far to cross over the border people have said it can take between 2-3 hours so this service is no good really

p.s hulk i think i remember you saying you fly into larnaca then drive accross is this is a better solution than paphos i would not know mate i have not or never will fly into the south

Flights now in the system.

I checked 2 nights ago for a flight in Aug, the price came up as £295.00 for 2 people. Just been on their site again and the same flights are over £600.00

Agree with you about Larnaca being a breeze.

Drove from Paphos in Nov, it's about 1hr30 from there to the border at Pyla (that's with no traffic at night and keeping to speed limits)

With Easy Jet the prices go up the closer you get to the flight date...this is opposite than the last minute deals same travel agencies offer. If you plan ahead of time you get the best deal. This means prices are always changing according to availability and proximity to travel date.

I suppose it all depends on how much your car hire is and how much time you want to spend driving ?

I aggree with Winter, one mans bargain is anothers rip off, until such time that airlines start flying direct to TRNC this argument will run & run, what some consider an easy route others will consider hardwork.
