Title transfer and payments

Hi all



New to forum & about to do title transfer & final Payment, can anyone please tell me how this should be done and what paerwork I should collect along the way, in effect the ideal procedure for such a trans action.

You have to complete a form, together with this form, you enclose, the receip for the rates, yours and the sellers id/passport, a copy of the title deed, the for goes in for assessment, it takes from 1 to 7 days, when the form is back, the seller takes it to the local tax office he pays the capital gains tax (stopaj),back to the land registry, you produce the form with the tax office receipt and vat invoice, both of you signs, you pay the purchase tax, you are given a receipt, in 3/4 week you will get your title deed. good luck
