Although, I admit I have complained in the past, about advertising on this board, higher costs have lead me seek a couple of holiday lets, therefore in the spirit of the times I offer 15% discount on a week and a further 20% on second week rates to anyone responding to this thread.

Thanks guys, in last couple of years family and friends took up 75% of best weeks , helping toward maintenance and electricity, however most of them are now feeing the pinch, and can't afford flights, hence availability.
