Hi does anybody know of any small villas/ bungalow available for a long term let in Alsancak or Lapta starting from April-May time?

Dear Lucy,got a new two bed apartment,fully furnished,use of 2 pools on edge of Lapta village. Coming over to Cyprus mid march,so can sow you round if you are interested.cheers,Steve

Dear Lovingthesun,



İ have a 3 bed villa with pool in Karsiyaka and are a realist and only want about 300 pounds a month rent. Tenant pays all other bills apart from taxes.



House is on seaside about 300metres from sea, views of mountains a secluded area (not an estate!).



Only drawbacks (hence rent) is the access road but during summer roads are hard but would advise on a high wheel caras can get close through an olive grove. Have luxury white goods., Satellite, DVD/Video .

Small cottage in Karmi available with small garden. Very safe for cat ! Cat lover next door for cat sitting !

re,No.7.Lydia Equity Plus Rentals.Went to see that one,think you will find that its gone...anyway was told its Builders Electric,the cost of running a workshop for the peeping tom next door,been known to Pee in the well too,told they not very nice people,someone put aircons in and they were never allowed to use them,but couldnt get them back when they moved out,known Well known for not being nice people,if your going to use this forum for work,!! look into things first.ask around,people know all about that not so nice little place...
