| The committee on our site of 36 apartments will soon be considering other FM co's to bid for the 2009/2010 contract along with our existing FM co of 3 years. Does anyone have any suggestions who we should shortlist? We only want to hear from co's who are fully registered, insured and are currently maintaining sites of 2O properties plus, preferably apartments, sites should be available to view, owner, committee references required. No Ma & Pa operations and no start ups please. |

| We are about to do the same and i would suggest tendering in the local paper or if you have recomendations from this board . Trouble is those who have a really good M/C do not want to share them , all i can say is look at the sites they manage talk to residents , some of these sites are appalling and they are brand new , these m/c may have a good portfolio but the proof is the looking at the sites they manage and talking to apartment owners . Hope this helps . |
