Can anyone recommend good cheap car hire in Girne?



Ive used several before and found them to be either very exspesive or very un-reliabe and frankly lethal vehicles!!!

Have you tried Jayne Butcher at Pacific Rentals. I got a good deal for September for £18 inclusive of CDW on a Ford Fiesta Auto or similar. We have used this company several times with no problems whatsoever.

Hope you find this info helpful as it will list all the main car rentals in TRNC.

One problem in "getting cheap" or "best" price, ask yourself why these prices are so good?



The answer is largely down to insurance. These vehicles are usually only insured third party ie if involved in an accident you are stuck with all your own bills plua the hire companies excess.



Ah, I hear you say our holiday insurance will cover us. NO, they will not. If you have not taken adequate precautions of taken car insurance then you probably will not get a payout.



Would you hire a car in UK, USA, or ant where else for that matter without full insurance cover??????



So before you book or take out a car ensure you have adequate insurance. Do not as has happened before come around the community for help in repatriation costs.



That said you will have a good holiday in this wonderful country.

We used car hire from the Pia Bella hotel. Reasonable rates, they will negotiate and the car was grate unlike on we hired elsewhere last summer which was on its last legs.
