As we have just purchased our property now awaiting permisions etc and are new to TRNC and it's politics, this was a very interesting article, thank you.

Good to see a man who stands up for his beliefs and is not in the pocket of the corrupt. Mr Pertev has a mountain to climb as many voters will not bite the hand that feeds them, the turning point, which is not to far away will come as funds dry up, collapse of the private sector, and social discontent make a change in direction inevitable, his party must be ready to pick up the pieces. He has my full support

I have met Mr Pertev a number of times and I believe he is sincere in his attempts to stamp out incompetence and corruption here NC.
