Beejay, what do you mean by patio cleaner? A squeegee on a stale. or a detergent or even a person who will clean your patios, sorry for appearing thick.

Pressure washers are good for this job, very reasonably priced over the South at Super home store, or just post you need someone to do the job and you will be amazed how many replies you will get. Or you could try a company that does Builders Cleans
