If like so many first time visitors to this forum you were to visit one of the above tabs "North Cyprus Property Guide" you are given excellent information which is a great help to first time buyers in TRNC. There is for example a photocopy of a title deed and this ofcourse is in Turkish.
I think it would be really helpful if a second copy was next to this "Tapu" tranlated into English. I also think it would be a great idea if other common but important documents which so often are in Turkish were also shown side by side but in English?
Most new UK visitors to our forum are usually people about to, or are considering purchasing in the TRNC and there is very little help in this area until one is well into the process, usually at the "solicitor" stage.
It is just a thought but I think it would be an added help and an improvement to our site

Hi Sparta, fair point but my suggestion was specific to this board because this forum serves a specific purpose and is a major, if the not the major, first port of call for many new purchasors to TRNC.
