yes cheaper in South but exceeds the limit on what we are allowed to bring over ,ie 135 euro per person. not worth the risk of having it confiscated.

Hi Berty, are the items here original, same quality as store ones? I was on the point of ordering a Nikon camera but my sixth sense said to me stop, do you really trust these guys and their products? just to have an opinion...

regards.

Re message 19.

Did you declare the tv? If so how much duty did you have to pay on which tv. I want to bring a new 40 in flat screen with me via Ercan but I dont know what duty I will have to pay?

Hi Stevie-d was the tv in all it original packaging? I am torn on whether to risk it. I have heard storys about customs at Ercan charging what ever they feel like. It would help if I new how they calculate the duty on the tv. Weather it was on what you paid or the retail value in the trnc.

Hi there catalkoykid. I was thinking the same thing for a 40 inch but cant find a case big enough. Can you give me the make of the case and if you remember where you got it that would be great.

TV was not in original box I used an ordinary brown box. In the past about 2 years ago we also brought some bedding, towels, kitchen sink, when we were asked what was in the boxes we told them and just let us through. maybe things have changed
