For the 'No-brainers' on this site,



I have a villa with 4 beds (bedrooms!), one en-suite (that means with bathroom!) and one family bathroom on the upper level, on lower level - 1 large bedroom and cloaks. The villa is supplied with a lounge/dining room which is used to live in and eat. We also (surprise, surpirse!!) have a kitchen which include utensils, (etc!). For the uninitiated that means we can cook in it and serve food from it!. Etc. can mean a mutitude of things - like cooker, dishwasher, washing maching - get the meaning now? It also has a 8 x 4 swimming pool with roman end - this means steps going down in to the pool. We are situated in Esentepe on the site directly after the Esentnpe Villa Hotel (Riverside). On reading the threads of people coming over to furnish their villas/apartments/houses I decided that I would offer the villa for short term rental which may have been of use to some of these people. Hope this explains it in more detail.

You still do not say when it is available or at what cost. I have friends over 22-31 May. 2 adults, 2 chileren. What would you charge for that period and do you have a pool? Does the rent include all utilities? Need more info pse. Thanks
