| i have been hearing the property prices have been falling in the south (in some areas) for some time since last year. i think lots of people purchased there with a view for buy to let, and the market fell in that area. hence leaving lots of people looking to sell. now time for those rich russians to move in for some bargins! |

| well that is it isn't it? the shrewd investor starts looking seriously when others are losing their shirts as described in a leading article in today's telegraph online the entire eurozone is heading for trouble with a spectacular drop in output, talk of slahing interest rates banks refusing to lend to viable businesses and the head of the ecb hinting at the spectre of monetary reflation of course russia generally, with it's hitherto, but now suspended energy exports-based expansion, will be just as hard hit as anyone over the next few years but their burgeoning middle class increasingly rate high-value north cyprus as a safer hedge, and maybe buy a nice holiday home on scrubland andre |
