Hi, Does anyone have one for sale or know if they can be bought here. I know I can get one on the internet, but as you can imagine the postage is nearly as much as the table. For those that don't know, it's for hanging upside down on to relieve back pain!!! Stella

Get a scaffold plank from a Yapi market. About 20TL. Drill a cople of holes in one end, so you can put some rope/straps through to keep around your feet, so as to stop yourself sliding down. Some excersise mats that are used for abdominal crunches have straps to keep your feet in position, so no need for holes. Get a towel, or the excersise mat and put that on the plank to lie down on. Put the plank up against a two to three feet high wall. Climb on. Lie down and think of England. You may need someone to help you get off, but it depends on how agile you are and how high your feet are. I used a "proper" inversion table in the UK. Bloody brilliant. Cannot buy here, well at least not when I last looked. If you think this is a wind-up, come to my house and I'll show you! Your back will feel fantastic.

Thanks and no I don't think it's a wind up, because I have already made a make shift one with armchair, sunbed, plank of wood, suitcase straps and various other bits. Did you really find the proper inversion table a help. I have only been doing it for 3 days, and am sure I can feel a difference. I keep my mobile handy in case it all collapes or I fall off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Stella. I would love to get a proper Inversion table. It helped tremendously. Perhaps if a private hospital/gym was able to acquire one, I'm sure they could make a profit if they charged for the use.
