| Which apartments in Alsancak? Do you mean the finished ones near the school in Alsancak?? I dont think Fikri Terkan own most of them anymore they were bought by another developer and no problems that i know of. I might be able to give you some answers. |

were you refering to the 2 apartment blocks at the rear of Lapta High School on the edge of Alsancak/Lapta by ayirtici construction |

| No I think i know which apartments Alsancak16 was referring to as we have them on our books. I would be interested to know what isnt finished and i will try and investigate because as far as i am aware they are finished and are of a good quality. |

| We bought 12 of them from Fikri Terkan and have not had any problems with them. what probs have you had apart from timescale? |
