| Turkey has dropped the base rate from 13% to 11.5% so interest rates are likely to drop by 1.5% Nick |

| Message 5. Iktisat Bank has now dropped to 15.25%. This happened a few days ago. Message 1 Creditwest is paying 15% not 13%. Where do people get their information from? Visit the bank's websites. Most of the banks have one. |
