Can anybody please advise where the Muhtar is for the Sempati end of Lapta??

I live close to Sempati and we use Ali Tosun.

If you turn off towards the village at the Lapta turn off just before the LA hotel (coming from the Sempati this is) then turn right at the top then next left follow road up a bit and then you come to T junction take the right turn and his house is just on right look for water tank on the roof with TOSUN on it!

Or In the past I have used the one that operates from the Barbers next to Namsoy Market in the village.

I never had problem going to the one in the barbers! and only found the other coz someone told me he only charged 10 tl as opposed to 20tl! But last week Ali Tosun he charged my husband 20tl as well!!!

Be careful of Ali Tosun. When 2 of my neighbours used him, he came round to their villas asking for £200. They thought perhaps it was a tax of some kind but after asking around & getting translations, found out he was asking if he could borrow it! Imagine if they had just paid up!
