| Ataturk Airport is about 80km away from Sabiha Gökçen. Depends on the time you travel it may take more than 2 hours during day time becasue of the traffic otherwise half an hour. If you dont have a car and if it is day time I would take a bus from Sabiha Gökçen to PENDIK(15min) and take the seabus to BAKIRKÖY. That takes 30min and cheap about 6 TL per person. then another bus to the airport(15min). it is very easy and comfartable. otherwise you must take a taxi which will cost you about 100TL. Thanks |

| Distance 90 Km app. As the transfer is about 3 hours door to door allow at least 4.5 hours from clearing visa, passport control and baggage at SAW to check in at IST. This is very dependant on the traffic so do allow as much time as you can. We offer a day tour that includes transfers between the two airports should that interest you. Don't forget that you will probably have to pay a visa fee when entering Turkey (this is valid for 90 days). |
