Hmmm

re msg one

1/ The make Iceman uses is JONSA.. with a "J" .. are you saying yours isn't from the same manufacturer - strange "mistake" to make..

2/ what sat metre do you use to install, and what is your installer background, please?

3/ Can you post us some links of your contributions to professional installer web sites - where other professionals thank Iceman for helping them out...

4/ Do you rivet the dishes together or just use the nuts supplied?

5/ Don;t you think it strange that Selda's first post is one "recommending" you...;) ?

re msg 3 - Juliet

Can you pls point me to such an ad for 4.2m at 1500- 1700 Euro? However is installing at that price is cutting a HUGE corner somewhere, and I would insist on paying by credit card / on completion.

Give him a break !!

Iceman isn't the only one that can bung a 4.2m dish up - We used Meta Sat opp HSBC in Girne, who were much cheaper than Iceman. They did a good job and we get BBC/ITV 24/7 and most of the UK Sky channels. The few channels that don't work aren't much cop anyway.

Dear Johnboy re msg 17

I have ABSOLUTELY no commercial interest in Iceman or any other provider in "TRNC"..

My questions and the answers that follow will demonstrate to me - if he has a "clue" or no...

Plainly, if you think "bunging up" a 4.2m dish is an easy process you could try an build one yourself..

I thought *I* could... I built it and took it down again 23 times and had the help of many "experts" before I found the perfection I sought..and expected.

I got even more channels than expected, and they NEVER broke up when all the other dish owners "accepted" it as "normal"...

If the OP isn't a "cowboy" his answers should show it..

Anyone else notice that Berkeh2001 and selda do not use CAPITAL letters to start a new sentence?

I must admist, although it hurts, mmmmmm gave me a little clue; message 16, point 5.

This has no relevence whatsoever in relation to Berkeh2001's ability to put up a satellie dish within 23 attempts!

I can count by the way. mmmmmm put it up, then took it down 23 times, so put it up once, (down 23, therefore up another) 23, so 24 all in all. Please correct me if I have miscalculated.

I, on a much more serious note, feel that if someone wants to advertise, they should be able and willing to answer all sensible questions.

mmmmmm's questions are sensible.

I have contacted my local wrought iron man, who claims he can make a 4.2 metre dish, in any colour, for £300 plus materials. I suggest using Hammerite paint as this will last longer. He wants someone to tell him what a "LNB" is? Also will telephone cable be suitable as his cousin works for the Telephone Company.

up and down 23 times.. up 24 times.. your arithmetic is faultless !

re your "local guy" - I expect if he hammerites string it would be "just as good" as loss loss satellite cable .....

i wish i never advertised here because tihs has turnnig into an argument. to most of your questions i hope this will answer them i am fitting the exact same dish as ice man does and the same channels as he dose but at a lower price and also i will fit your dish and you can pay me one week later and by credit card ( you pay the bank charge) and if it dose not work you can have it for free . the concrete base is not included in the price . if you want to see my work buy one and you will see if it works or not , of if i am a cow boy or not , up to you the choice is yours

Well, good luck to you berkeh, you can't say fairer than that.

If I had a spare £2.000, I'd have it fitted.

I really don't like seeing those big dishes. I'll be glad when they can reduce the size and still give the same performance.

I'm sure they will one day.

re flowerfairy if you have a turkish credit card with the limit to purchase a dish i can split the payments between 10 to 20 payments ;and i dont think other installers do split payments like i do .the choice is yours.i like to help people as much as i can .

re msg 29/ 30 Berkeh2001

"mmmmmm if your here for a slanging match lets just cut to the chase"

Let's.. so why would you avoid the questions in msg 16 ?!!

They will demonstrate to me - someone in the biz - who installs much bigger dishes - for uplinking - far more exacting than TVRO (TV receive only) - if you are just another "chancer"..

Installing dishes in the UK is no recommendation.. engineers there get very little experience of systems with antennae greater than 1.5m..

Maintaining a successful Business is about trust, truth, reputation and service. If you are hoping to take any crumbs from one of THE best sat engineers there is, you are going to have to be VERY smart...

You have made a BIG mistake by coming on here and seemingly passing off a third party "recommendation" ..and not even getting the name of the manufacturer correct... a manufacturer that actually modifies it's product due to feedback from Iceman.

MM msg 31

"They will demonstrate to me - someone in the biz - who installs much bigger dishes - for uplinking - far more exacting than TVRO (TV receive only) - if you are just another "chancer".. "

Not trying to be that funny MM but if it took you 24 attemtps to get the install of your own downlink only 4.2 meter dish at home, then how many attempts does it take you to install much bigger and exacting uplink dishes for your clients ? ;)

Dear ErolZ

re msg 33 - it' s not a daft question..

When I fancy testing out a new model of dish, I build it how the manufacturer says first, then I try and improve on it....

When it comes to dishes for uplinking there are far fewer manufacturers to choose from. They cost many times more and are built to more exacting standards..

They are ironically EASIER to make and to get good signals up and down..;)

Dear Berkeh2001

re msg 36,

..and what of your past customers in the UK..?

To whom will THEY be turning to should they encounter problems, and to whom will clients in "TRNC" turn if you decide to go back to the UK? ..

Folk are looking for stability -someone who has lived on island for a long time..

I can only assume you can't / won't answer my questions as you know they'll reflect negatively on your "claims"...

Mess 44 - Spot on Mimomar.

We had Iceman round to quote for a 4.2m jodrell. Thought he was cocky and over priced. Used Metasat in Girne who were spot on and £400 cheaper.

"Metasat - beware of overpriced imitations" as my old uncle Percy used to say.

It does pay to shop around however berkeh still hasnt answered some of the technical questions that mm has asked.

No disrespect to berkeh i have not heard anyone make any complaints about Icemans work or installations however these boards are full of other complaints about Tektan and some others.

Maybe you should go back and re-read my post.

To date I have never heard one complaint about an installation that Iceman has done however there have been lots of stories from others who have had a 4.2m saucer in their garden which was cheaper than icemans buy didnt work.

Never heard anything like that about about Icemans

Alan this is the last time I will tell you this and then you can make your own mind up....the 1.8 metre dish will not hold any of the channels..they will drop off when you are in the middle of watching...trust me I know as I had one in the south.

Berkeh2001 good luck to you mate I think you will be successful because you dont want to rip people off. I have noticed that alot of people who have posted on here have tried to ridicule you without even seeing your work. If you can knock £300-500 off a 4.2m dish then people are being ripped off. Anyone who is scaremongering must have a vested interest or is a close friend of Iceman and they are scared you will affect him.

Your dish is the same as his your cable is probably the same and so is the LNB the only difference is the price your cheaper.

Must say the iceman sorted me with a 2.3 metre dish last year.Connected it to a sky+multiroom subcription.Paid him around 500 to 700 quid i think. No problems but will not pick up itv or bbc.Gets almost everything else on sky.PS

he only supplied the dish, cable, and labour, obviousley.

NN re 71

if he is "genuine" WHY can't / won't he answer very simple techie questions and WHY hasn't he responded re his "recommendation" from a poster who joined to "recommend" him with their first post and "disappeared"...?

Has ANYONE, EVER read a complaint about Iceman's service or work?..NO..

First off let me say I know iceman personally, like him and consider him a friend. I have also used his services in the past in setting up 2 way internet bassed systems and have had no complaints about the quality of his work what so ever.

However this idea that iceman is the only person in north cyprus competent and capable of installing satellite systems is simply absurd as I am sure he himself would be the first to admit.

There are cowboys around but there are also perfectly compentent installers who are not iceman.

Rolls Royce undoubtedly get less complaints from their customers than Ford do, but a working Ford will get you where you want to go just the same as a Rolls Royce will. For some the extra cost of a rolls royce is money well spent, for others it is not.

Icemans work does imo represent some of the best on the island but he IS also one of the most expensive as well.

For some this extra expense in money well spent. For others geting the best deal possible for a working system is a greater priority. Certainly some who undercut Iceman will do so by cutting corners and any savings would be a false economy but also I have no doubt that you can get a perfectly functional working system from others for less than Iceman charges all be it with less scurity that you will not get stung.

I do not know berkeh2001 or the standard or quality of his work. What I do know is that what is ultimateley best for customers is a vibrant and competetive marketplace for such services. I also know that if it turns out that berkeh2001 can not deliver on his promises then he will soon be 'found out' and word will spread.

If you want the 'best' and unltimate security that you will not end up with a sub standard service then Iceman is a great recommendation , that I would give myself to anyone asking, but you DO pay for this 'peace of mind'.

(doh - I though I posted this last part but its not here it went something like this)

If cost is the most important consideration for you then there are people out there that can provide a perfectly working system at less cost than iceman all be it with less 'security'. berkeh2001 may or may not be one of these people - time will ultimately tell but in the mean time give the guy a break !

Geeee

This forum is beginning to suck big time!!!!!

This guy (berkeh2001) comes on to offer an alternative to Iceman(who is excellent by the way) and what happens???? Its out with the knives and lets see if we can do our best to put him down....that is honestly quite disgraceful!!!

Surely the man is entitled to tout for business the same as anyone else particularly if he is selling quality equipment

From what I can see he is offering a cheaper deal for the same/similar system and guaranteeing to refund you if you are not 100% happy....what more can anyone ask for??

Anyway good luck to you berkeh2001 and if I am looking for a system I shall certainly ask for a quote from you

"However this idea that iceman is the only person in north cyprus competent and capable of installing satellite systems is simply absurd as I am sure he himself would be the first to admit. "

ErolZ anyone can erect a 1m dish, it's when we are talking about erecting a 4.2m in pieces to be a PERFECT parabolic shape - that the BIG differece in skill sets emerges..

It is clear that in your attempt to seem "fair" that you forget the new kid on the block has stubbornly refused to answer techie Q's and STILL chooses to ignore explaning "howlers" that any professional installer would be quick to answer.

He hasn't explained the "recommendation"- something that our NN would normally jump on and has done so in the past..

I'm all in fav of a free market and fair competition - and if "berkeh2001" hadn't been so evasive and "naughty" about using fictional references - this thread would have died yogs ago.

I have nothing to gain or lose. I don't want to see

OK we obviously differ here.

I think the assertion

I have a certain expereience with computers, professional and otherwise. I also do not want to see people cheated. However if and when someone comes onto a forum and offers PC services of one type or another I do not wade in with a list of 'test questions' and challenge them and then imply if they do not answer them they are seeking to rip people off. I just do not think it is my place to do such and that doing so is pretty rude actually. If I see them post incorrect or misleading info I may correct it but otherwise I keep my mouth shut. Like I say I guess we just differ in this regard.

Oh and btw my prior post was not an attempt to 'seem' fair it was a sincere attempt to BE fair.

Dear ErolZ

re msg 89

You are "funny" - you are THE person who can be guaranteed to be "rude" ( your interpretation, your words) when someone posts something with which you disagree - in your field of expertise !

I have seen too many peoples pockets lightened by "experts" who can erect a sky system in the UK and THINK they can become large antennae erectors overnight.

Try and see my questions for what they were - a genuine attempt to see if the OP was competent - bearing in mind the dubious "recommendation" claim.

We are talking 2k and folk won't know if the jobs a good'n until August September.. and with the decaying orbit of the current birds the signal will get worse EVERY year until they are replaced.

The more the OP ignores simple Q's that would show his creds, the more dubious I am ..

bloody hell...what the hell has been happening in my absence?

First of all,i have been away from my PC lately due to the fact that a short while ago,i had to have my 11 year old dog euthenized & i havent been in the mood to participate on forums.

Today i friend mentioned this thread so after reading i felt like replying.

I do not understand the reason why this thread has gone for so long.

Anyone is free to offer their services at the price they wish, good luck to them.Only time will tell who is right or wrong/good or bad.

I never claimed to be the cheapest, but i always claim to deliver what people pay me to do and i believe i do so.

To compare my work or prices with theirs, one must be in the same line of work for as long as i have been (in Cyprus that is) and have same number of satisfied customers. Then,we can be compared.

Oddly enough all the "negative" comments seem to be coming from people who found me expensive...

Non of the people i have worked for seem to be complaining!

Yes when someone comes on and says something I DISAGREE with. When someone comes on and offers a service what is there to DISAGREE about ???

I can show you actual posts if you like made on forums I am active on where people have offered PC Services - and aware as I am of how coyboys can and do wreak peoples machines and rip them off in such fields I have not posted a list of 'challenges' to their knowledge to 'protect' others. One more time.. OP would never have raised a "blip" on my"b*lls*t" radar - save for the "third party recommendation"...

Jonsa 4.2m dishes are extremely complex to install - and it doesn't matter how "good" you are at fitting "little" dishes... Setting large "kit" based antennae is a combination of skill and lot's of experience.

IMHO, hasn't got the latter and will be - like so many "tradesmen" in Cyprus using the clients as Guinea Pigs.

I've seen it SO many times ... particularly re large Sat Dishes.

Iceman makes more of a living fixing poorly installed 4.2m ;)

mmm - i'm sure iceman is more than capable of supplying/fitting 4m jodrells, but as an end user, he is too expensive.

The world has moved on, there are now alternative suppliers and he either has to reveiw his prices or let business slip away....

Metasat were £400 cheaper than iceman and i get BBC/ITV 24/7.

1/ I note you didn't bother to deny your "professional" approach to "self-promotion" ..

2/ Your "offer" is wasted on a person with the knowledge to erect and import his own 4.2m's from Jonsa ( who are "Yonsa" ?), already has a 3.8m in Cyprus and a mini dish in the UK ..

3/ They say that even bad publicity is "good"... you keep going for the sympathy vote.. I guess while you're on here, you've demonstrating you aren't "erecting" any 4.2's ))

4/ You claim to be the "best" .. hmmm - I was always told "self-praise is no recommendation.... I DO see plenty of folk praising the the installer who IS the best..

Suggest you join satellites.co.uk and see how many PROFESSIONALS acknowledge that when it comes to 4.2m Jonsa's - Iceman is - without doubt no.1

I have no idea who you are, but there are only two ppl importing Jonsa's into "TRNC" so either you are part of the firm from Famagusta, or you are just another reseller...

1 I understand a 4.2 dish can feed more than 1 villa, what would be the maximum distance between the dish and the furthest point?

2. Will i be able to view all the ITV channels?

3. BBC is introducing HD will that be available on a 4.2?

4.Can you supply the SKY HD boxes and cards and most important how much?

Thankyou

Please take this the right way.

Many people have made promises similiar to yours in the past builders tradesmen etc ie with the warranty issues. You perhaps are paying some kind of penalty for what they have done (or not done) in the past with their lack of after service and false promises.

What Iceman has in his field is credibility of what he says he delivers and has an excellent reputation at what he does. Granted he is not the cheapest, even he acknowledges this, but the quality of his work is fantastic. I have never heard anyone complain about the quality of his work.

MM has posed some technical questions earlier which still remain unanswered maybe to help your own credibility answering them would be a start.

On this and many other bb's Iceman gives out advice etc and does not use the bbs as a direct scource of advertising although no doubt he does pick up business as a result of threads on bb's.

Not everything in the world is based upon price!!

sat-man

It is clear that English is nt your first langauge - so I will be "gentle" with you !

1/ I said only two people IMPORT 4.2m Jonsa dishes into "TRNC" .. I didn't say anything about the number of people claiming they could install one correctly - now what where you saying about getting facts right ?!

2/ Your idea for sharing big antennae is economically and ecologically sound.. it is quite common in the "south" . At my place in Lima(s)sol I shared at 3.8m with 30+ neighbours.. I know Iceman has done it.. As I'm sure you are aware, you have to be careful as using such technology is not as efficient - the signal is reduced.

Could you explain why I, having no economic interest in providing dishes in "TRNC" it is "incorrect" to ask folk arriving, posting dubious "recommendations" to demonstrate they are competent? ..I am "standing firm" - too many BS'rs in this "game"...

Berkeh2001 can always demonstrate he really DOES know what he's talking about..

re 116 )

"lies"

"Ice man dose not do satellite searing you are lying about this if you can pruve me this i will quit this work "

Suggest you find a new occupation ...( joke) Iceman installed two multi-switch - shared systems in Pissouri ( 3m) and Limas(s)ol 3.8m - on my roof - ) As you know him, you should check. He doesn't want to do Villa shared systems as he has learnt - from experience that runs over 100m ( actual cable run) mean closer clients get a better signal than those further away.

Yes, there are MANY "cowboys" installing 4.2m in the "south" but there are two excellent installers - one a GC - and one Russian. The latter learnt from Iceman, just like you ;)

Now if you want to discuss SMATV applications with me - I have done Hotels / leisure complex, etc ;)

Why do people ask for a thread to be closed, or comments that it is boring?

I avoid any thread that does not get my attention, I don't need them closed.

I bet this topic which so far has had 127 posts, has probably been read over 1,000 times. Some of them by people who want it closed!

Keep the sparring going. Most residents would appreciate a better choice of TV at the right price.

One question, why are viewers in the South able to get with a 3.8m dish what viewers in the North need a 4.2m dish? Surely, those in the North are nearer to the UK beam?

Dear PC

re msg 127

Cyprus is on the VERY edge of the footprint receiving signals from Astra 2D - the satellite where most UK free to air content ( BBC/ ITV/ C4) - comes from. Other channels come from Astra satellites with stronger signals ( .eg SKY News, BBC News 24, BBC radios 1 - 4) so they need a smaller dish.

The Satellites are to the SOUTH of Cyprus and the UK and the footprints are "focused on the UK/ Ireland.

As we move east and north the signal gets weaker..

A 2.7m is sufficient in Paphos, 3.0m up to Episkopi , 3.7/8 up to Larnaca, 4.2m for Nicosia, and most of "TRNC", and if on a shared system a 4.5m for Ayia Napa- this is to get BBC/ ITV.

Hope that helps ;)

Dear Berkeh2001

re msg 129-131

WWIII.. a little "dramatic" ? The Russian is addressed to Acip ( sat-man) ..

"Gangs"?! - that IS funny.. I hardly think Deecyprus and I agree on very much ... are you always so paranoid ? ;)

I'm sure the punters will love it if you carry on dropping the price.. ;) .. But I think you might do better to address the issue of your honesty - re posting recommendations about yourself and how you are going to "compete" with an importer, when you are merely a reseller ...

Dear Berkeh2001 re msg 133

I have already explained how pointless your "offer" is to me.

"Hate campaign"?!... I assure you there is no orchestration on my part - paranoia, again? What have I got to gain / lose by your success or failure.. ?

If you hadn't made the HUGE mistake of passing of a third party recommendation as that of a real client this thread would have died a death ..

You were asked some VERY simple Q's and your failure to answer them is very illuminating...

Are you now claiming to be importing the Jonsa dishes ? ;)

Dear mmmmmm, re: message 128.

Thanks for the answer.

Out of interest, what size dish would be needed in Southern Turkey, i.e. Fethiye?

Also, why do some 4.2m dishes not get ITV4?

You even mentioned TRNC!

Alright, it was in brackets. lol.

Hi PC, re msg 135

no problem

1/ size of dish Well Gocek, 10 miles to the NW needs a 2.7m, ( A 2.7m dish we sent to Rhodes - made by DH - a US make, works perfectly on BBC/ ITV) but I'd go for a good 3.0m as the orbit of astra 2D is getting more "inclined" .. that means the signal will get weaker - esp in the mornings and evenings and in Late summer.

2/ You should be able to get ITV4+1 ! I didn't explain thoroughly... sorry.. The signals broadcast from the satellites can be vertically or horizontally polarised, and the low frequency vertical signals won't reach Cyprus.. so no ITV London/ Granada, etc.

Also you may have noticed Euronews doesn't work.. this is because it comes from a different ( non Astra satellite) and the beam doesn't reach Cyprus.

My slingbox was off for quite a while tonight.

But what the heck. This was an interesting thread. Going nowhere as usual. Just slagging people for what amounts to one-upmanship on the site.

Full blown, all singing and dancing channels, (most of the time) Sky plus to record and watch at leisure, all on a half Meg connection, admittedly sometimes a bit fuzzy but so what? And when it is off I just come on here. Or check out the sunset, or sit back with a beer and dream of those who are less fortunate and pity those who have nothing better to do than knock a guy who needs a job. we are not all perfect. Well except for myself of course.

The bloke is only trying to make a living. However he does it, it is his choice. And ours!!! If we don’t want to use him then don’t. Simple.

We have all tasted bitter sweets but never bought them again.

Pacification.

Sir Skogs/Roger, not really sure.

"The bloke is only trying to make a living. However he does it, it is his choice. And ours!!! If we don’t want to use him then don’t. Simple. "

A bit like you slingbox feed.. your analysis is "poor" .. you need to read msg 134

If The guy needs a job there are better ways to get clients than pretending they have recommendations... if folk are going to shell out 2k they need to know the dish will work when the signal is weak - and that's not for another 5 months..

I'll keep repeating myself - if he had been up front, this thread would be dead and you would be looking for other forms of entertainment...

And Sir Skogs will add, and no getting at anyone, that two grand for a bigggg dish also buys 18 months of hosted full blown, exactly the same as in the UK, legal cos you have to pay Sky for the card so they don’t care, 60 quid for the service and 40 quid for the Sky package per month. Yep, expensive, but do the sums from the whingers. 8 chips for a pint when I'm out watchin the footy. Expensive..... so don’t pay it. Stay in and save the money you'd spend on 30 pints, not a whole lot over a month and watch the telly 'avin' a drink from the supermarket shelf. It is not perfect then neither is life.

So many people on here quibble about the price of a pint then will willingly pay 2 grand for a dish and then moan about, well, whatever.

Make a choice.

Decide. Do you want to watch the telly as you did back in the UK, for those from the UK, if so then you have to pay. Dish or whatever it is not a debate. It is a choice.

Sir Skogsy

Berkeh for this thread to have over a 140 posts you must have the competition running scared. its seem that whenever another satellite guy is recommended it is frowned upon. I hope you stick it out and make lots of money mate. I will definitely recommend you.

You dont need any recommendations if you are going to fit the dish and pick up your money in one week. Your work will speak for itself.

As I said - you will soon be paying folk...

Dear Rigsby

"Agip installed our 4.2 dish 4 years ago.It was the 86th dish he had fitted. It was the first one he fitted after becoming self employed. He has given us a good service.I now live back in u/k and we are having sky fitted today"

I'm sorry but four years ago I very much doubt that more than 100 4.2m had been shipped to "TRNC".. So now we have a second installer making extravagant claims. :(

Acip helped Iceman fit dishes, btw, so I can only guess is he now claiming these are "HIS" installs ? :o

You'll note there are at least a couple of common denominators, here..

1/ "Iceman" keeps coming up - nothing "negative" - some suggestion he is "expensive" .. but no complaints.. lots of satisfied clients..

2/ When specific technical points are raised or exaggerated claims are countered - the subject get changed - there is no specific response..

Sorry but have not seen anyone complain about Agip or Berkeh either MMMM so İ dont really get your drift are you a forum policeman. Does someone have to prove to you that they can do the job before they do work for other people. Iceman no disrespect to him did not start installing 4.2m dishes straight away. İ would imagine that he installed smaller dishes first. He must have installed a few before he got the hang of it. He didnt start of with his 100th dish did he. There probably was a time he didnt know everything as well.

So give these guys a break, İ am sure they are perfectly capable of installing a 4.2m dish. İf they give a guarantee then this should be more than good enough for most folk.

Dear Ataturk re msg 158

1/ I'm NOT a forum "policeman" .. I AM someone in the biz employing sat installers and know the model of dish being discussed. As I've said already, 4 times, now, this thread would be dead and buried if the original poster hadn't "recommended" himself and claimed to be the "best"..

THAT is why I challenged him.. and you'll note he never responded ! It is hard to get "recommendations if:

1/ you have no clients

2/ you haven't have a working 4.2m perform during the "bad" reception periods - right now, a poorly installed 4.2m would SEEM ok.. but you'd have to wait until August / September to know if you would have to endure "breakup"..

THAT is why I asked about the meter used... as if I had had a response I could ask what readings were being achieved.

It is clear you don't know the biz, as you SEEM to be asking clients to spend 2K+ as "Guinea Pigs" ?!

Here's a good tip? Pay the supplier by CREDIT card.

ataturk dont bother mate its not worth your trouble thinking by paying by credit card will not solve anything they are just worried because i have hurt their buisness by pulling customers on both sides of the island i have been crossing over this week and fitted 2 dishes i wonder why and as i said they can take me up on the offers i made before which a lot of people have but some are cant because they know they are wrong and i dont have to prove anything to any one my work shows it and the losers just cant take it thats why now i have gone into the water tank buisness as well i supply up to 20 tons of water tanks i have just closed the deal a week and a half ago i have a big factory and we also do cental heating systems , boilers and metal work as well any one who wants a quote come and see me my prices are competitive i have specials deals for them as well and i will be going into more buisness adventures so people can have afair choice of quality work and prices

i have listed some prices on the water section of this forum and i quote i will not allow the public to get ripped off any more by some companies i will give them low prices as much as possible an d excellent fittings for there money my competition is with the other firms lets see how low they can bring there prices and see if they can compete with me i dont think so the main materials i import it from the uk which is more costly to me but i dont care my work is more important i ship the materials my self and there is not any one else who brings the material for the water tanks from the uk look and see for yourself all the warrantys apply for the tanks as well you can pay by credit card as well take care everyone

a VERY "interesting" response to the "credit card" suggestion... I would have thought a successful businessman would have JUMPED on that one and said OF COURSE I can give my clients that reassurance.... unless of course you CAN'T offer the facility....

May be you can persuade your new clients to come on here now and in August and tell us how great you are - and that they don't lose any channels at peak viewing time ...

Be sure to make sure they are REAL people this time... ;)

Berkeh2001 - paying by credit card DOES protect the clients - I'm surprised you didn't know that...

IF your clients are real - where are they on this board? WHY did you attempt to con potential clients with a fictitious"recommendation? ;)

WHY can't you answer a straight question? I'm not punting for biz.. I'm not the one "complaining"...

Any potential clients on this board will be grateful to know they can get a dish for free from you and on interest free credit - pending proving it works like it should ;)
