Calling all owners on large sites in TRNC

Please can apartment owners on new large sites in TRNC please give me an indication of the ‘structure’ they have in place by which owners ‘manage’ their site.

What I mean by this is ‘Do you have an on-site management company who collect maintenance fees and then manage the site and its costs on behalf of owners ? ‘

How are the owners organised to determine the collective wishes of owners ? Have you put in place an elected committee ? What do the committee have responsibility for ? How do they gather the wishes of owners and communicate these to the Management Company or Developers ? Do the committee have any finances at their disposal, collected from owners? Have any sites put in place a “Residents company” who are responsible for (and therefore liable for) the finances of the site ? How well is the structure operating on your site ?
