hi mags

did nurten say why there is a delay.ithink a lot of it is down to the weather.most of the work remaining is outside work which cannot be done inwet weather.i no you mentioned the electric .

Nurten said the electric company were not able to give a date but didn't go into reasons.Our friend in TRNC says this is typical.

I see Muzer is complaining about the sixth block.It might be a good idea for all of us to follow suit.I'm going to email our lawyer with a complaint.

Me again,

I just read your post on the other thread.Better use this one.

Our lawyer is Ayhan Sener of Sener law.She has been excellent up till now,but then there have been no complaints to deal with.

I'll keep everyone informed if I hear any more.Hope you all do the same.

Never sure which site to use

We have also been advised by Nurten that there is a delay due to electric company I am sure delay is down to new block

Still not happy about this We were told in Jan there was gong to be an office there Someone is telling porkies

Evergreen had promised us handover would be end of Feb We have booked flights for 04th April (2 weeks)hoping to stay in our apt

Bit of a waste as had they been honest we would not have booked these flights

Have complained & Evergreen are letting us stay in their apt in Blue Bay

(will have to pay towards elec/water)

They keep moving goal posts Completion should have been Sep 07 then end of year then end of Feb Now it is anyones guess

We have booked flights June and Sept.Surely site will be complete by June

Did they not give you any indication when they now expect to be complete?

We were planning to come over for 2 weeks in April 2nd may still do if so we can possibly meet up.

Ok call it 3 months then maybe 4 maybe we can all meet up in Sept when iou are going for the grand opening one year late fingers crossed this doesn't happen.

Hi all,

We were there in Feb and told completion would be April. Cant see new block being finished by then.

Lots of activity on the CB Marina site, think 1st phase of that site will be finished first at the expense of our site.

Sener solicitors office rang yesterday to say that permissions to purchase were in place.

Friends going out to Alsancak early April and they will give us site update and will pass this on.

hi all, Im going out on the 21st for 1 week I was hopeing it would will be completed as I have added cost as I have to get of my own Island!!! I will meet up with Nurten and let you know when I get back on the 28th March.#

We will be in Cyprus from 04th April for two weeks

Due to see Nurten 06th & hopefully our Solicitor(SENNER)

Also seeing Mustafa 07th to check if snagging has been completed

Not happy with Evergreen as we only booked this time because of promises made by Amacam on two seperate occasions in Jan that our Apt would be ready in April. Will be having words with him when we see him

Nurten say delay is down to Elec/water companies but I really think it is down to new block which Amacan told us on 09th Jan that it was goint to be an office

(I think Evergreen make it up as they go along)

We are out again in June for 3 weeks also Sept

I f you do decide to go out in April,let me know & hopefully we will meet up

2weeks ago the new block had foundations in ready to build on. the swimming pool was waiting to be tiled.if you e mail nurten she will send you the latest photo.we have got one but dont no how to send it .sorry mate not so clever on a computer.
