Is it just us (i doubt it !) or is Extend playing up again ? Since Thurs our service goes offline every 10 minutes for a minute or 2 then comes back. It is running really slow when it is on. Have tried ringing/texting/emailing them - no response.

If/when we change providers can anyone give feedback on others (not 3G as cannot run TV package from that). Thanks.

We Have had extend for over a year with no problems then the kantara antenna was taken down now no net so I have gone back to nethouse which I used before and had a lot of trouble with them now they have really improved very good service so far ! I think nethouse has learn t a lesson and provide better service now with some luck

why can't you run tv package through 3g? what package so you use?

Hye chicken run - we have Digital Supreme. Told for that we must ahve the dishes on roof and cannot run via 3g - i may have misunderstood though !!!
