I am really sorry to post yet another thread on this subject. I set off really happy with 3G but this last 10 days or so I have struggled to even get on line in the evenings and most days I cannot ring out on Skype, i tested the download speed via speedtest.net and i was only getting 28 and 64 via Istanbul, and this is most nights. I have rung them a few times but keep getting told that there is nothing wrong with my connection and it must be that too many people are on line at the same time.



Has anyone got any ideas what I can do, if anything, or where else I can ring as I am getting nowhere fast.

hi scooby i have been having the same problems. cant call out on skype and my cursor sticks all the time and i cant ge pages which i want to appear xxxx

It is so annoying as I cannot ring most of my family as they work in the daytime and i can't get a connection in the evening. Even when I when I posted this thread I was unsure whether it got through until this morning as the connection dropped then I couldn't get back on line.



i have paid for a year and am now wishing I hadn't though during the day in the week it is very good.



I guess I just have to stick with it until they sort themselves out!
