| i think he would be glad to be paying £60pm maintenance charge like the ressidents at namesake turtlebay village, i think hes on about the other turtle named sites that have come to an abrupt end ,theres one opposite ours at sweetwaterbay called "turtle beach" no one been seen working on there for a year and a half yet you still get poor folks on hear asking if anyonoe got any updates! |

| I'd love too I am at Turtle Bay Villas, having a problem with my developer, nothing fron TB which is now not surprising as they no longer have an office in the TRNC |

| Hi rosiem, I bought through turtle Bay properties too and can't get through to anybody there. The last time I managed to speak to Pat was near the end of last year but nothing positive came out of that. Don't know what to do! |

| we bought in april 2007 still not sorted out all we have is a skeleton costing us 78,000 dont seem to get any where with the solicitor , developer ,and turtle bay properties. |

| Thats what I have, reported the problem to the Property Complaints Office suggest evryone does the same that way they will see the scope of the problem and maybe help get something done. My so called solicitor is part of the problem will be changing him when next over. |
