Does anyone know a "reliable" gardener, for Ozankoy/Catalkoy area , who is looking for some extra hours.? I am fed up with the ones who say they are gardeners and turn out to know even less than me (which is very little !) and really are manual labourers who seem to do very little unless i am actually in when they turn up (at their convenience !). Also what would be considered a fair rate to pay. Thanks.

Try that Gardiner 01 bloke he can do yer garden serve yer drinks paint yer house and clean it aswell, multiskilling at its best and all for 3tl ph. Recommend you give him a call,you wont be disapointed.

Don't need nuffink - 'cept a gardener.

I am a "girlie" so am well versed in multi - tasking ! After all it is a life transferable skill - they even do courses/qualifications in it (not as in "innit" ha ha ) _ back in UK. Compulsary courses for any Civil Service/G'vmt/Authority/Public Body etc, employees.

Pity it wasn't compulsary to take "gardening" course - maybe under the guise of "Ecological welfare for the future" course (to make it acceptable for the PC/do gooder brigade) and then I could earn £10 ph (with work permit obviously !) that Ricky says in msg 2 - damn'n'blast missed oportunity there !

Hi, I know an english couple who do gardens for about 8 english home owners in the Catalkoy / Ozankoy / Bellapais area. They are reliable and do actually carry out regular maintenance etc when they should.
