Hi guys, I know a few of you on this forum have bought here, was wondering if I could get directions to the site and possibly Bekir's number, as a friend of mine from the UK has bought here and wants me to go and check his villa out, and to liase with Bekir if there are any problems. If any of you could help me out I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

He only saw the site once, before the villa was built, about 18 months ago. He's not been able to tell me very accurately!

Maybe you can go back to the estate agent who your friend bought through to get Bekir's number but I can tell you how to get to the site. You head towards Tatlisu, when you go onto the new road from Bacheli to Tatlisu a few 100m's on that road take the first turning right onto a dirt track road, here you will see a sign for the villas, go along this dirt track road through the trees until you get to the site.

18 months and not finished !!Very strange!!

Hasn't the owner had updates via the Estate Agents "Remax"? Its a bit late now at this stage to be looking for problems.

It is a site of 13 Villas, with 6 in different stages of completion, so what number are you going to check out ?

Jasmine, sorry we are finding this all rather odd. Of the 6 villas built (one of which is ours), we know either by reading this forum or through Bekir that all six owners have been out there in the last 6 to 8 months. What number villa are you, or your friend, talking about. Something does not seem to add up.

Thanks all, especially gelin70, have managed to get Bekir's number, and also the site is signposted apparently, didn't know that so should be easy to find. Not entirely sure why cookies found this so strange...never mind all's well that ends well and can go and have a look today. Thanks for the offer raybo, it's nice to know that my friend will be having nice neighbours like yourself! His is villa number 5, he'll also be coming over next week so he just wanted me to have a look for him so he could make efficient use of his time next week. Maybe you guys will see eachother at the site next week!

We know who you are talking about now my wife jenny has been in written contact with No 5 owners, it would be nice to meet up with them while we are both in n.cyprus, cookies our friends from home who have also bought on this site, i know there was nothing personal in thier blog because you do have to be very careful what information you give out,they were only trying to protect our site, hope you are having a lovely time in NC,

Jasmine, please accept our apologies for misunderstanding your postings. The reason we were worried is that we thought you may have had some connection to a past transaction regarding our villa/plot. We are sure that your friend will be very pleased with the progress on their villa, as Bekir is doing an excellent job to a very high standard. Hello Jasmine (and indeed everyone reading the forum).



Whilst, as Raybo will confirm after our recent dinner out there, Jan and I are both friendly and broadminded individuals, we would draw the line at sharing a villa!!



I say this because villa number 5 is actually ours, well at least I have fully paid for it and whilst of a charitable nature I have not as yet had any thoughts of giving it away.



Now I agree that my friend Bekir may not be the most organised person in Northern Cyprus, but surely even he would notice that he has sold a villa to two different people!



However Jasmine, in the spirit of frienship, if your friend that has apparently purchased our villa is pushed for accommodation he is welcomed to stay at number 5 but I would simply like to know when!!

Since Denboy's posting it is now obvious that the person known as Jasmine is nothing to do with ourselves, Raybo, Gillken, Suejim or Denboy. Just out of idle curiosity...how much are the villas now?

What percentage uplift is your builder predicting for next year?

Villas are 160,000k, take a look at them if you get the chance i have seen some villas on the island for much more than this but nowhere near the quality and size 162sq mtre intrernal 234sq including teraces 800 sq mtre plots.
