I have some Danish customers who are looking to rent long term (contract in Lefkosa for 3 years) and are looking for a home rather than a holiday let to rent for this period. If anyone has anything suitable but must be close to Girne as the husband will be commuting Lefkosa. They are a couple but enjoy space and will have family and friend coming to visit.

Should add that he is working for the EU based in Lefkosa. Very reliable tenants. Someone must have something nice, maybe even in Girne bogaz, Zeytinlik if not Girne itself.

We have a super architect designed house in Karmi. Three years old, high quality furnishings and equipment. Fully air conditioned, gas central heating, landscaped gardens, generator and 10x5 swimming pool. If you are interested please send me contact details.
