Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with internet access? There are 2 laptops in our house and on neither of them can I get on to ebay, msn or yahoo. I can bring up this site and various others which are in my favourites.

Do you think it might be these hackers who target specific large internet companies, overload the sites and then blackmail them that unless they pay large sums of money, their internet site will be unusable?

HSBC is a no no today as well. Hotmail is also a waste of time. I am led to believe that the excuse for no access to Hotmail is a problem with MSN but I spoke to a person living in the UK and they are having no problems accessing Hotmail. Is this another TRNC fob off?

Extend!!!!! the worst provider in North Cyprus, constant slow speed if any connection at all, they always blame outside sources, so why do all the other providors have no problems????

you can phone them all you like, with a problem but they will NEVER phone back as promised. Go onto 3G, its getting better and better!!

SERVICE PROVIDER, they dont know what it means.

There is a problem with Hotmail and MSN, have been posting on their help site for the last 2 weeks. Along with many others.



MSN like Extend do not want to (a) admit there is a problem and (b) do anything about it.



Bad enough not having e-mail but having an internet system and support service that is none existent is getting a bit tiresome. Tried today to get onto HSBC sites, got on to Turkish site no problem but the UK site, no chance. Asked a friend who uses a providor of sunnier disposition got onto all sites I wanted no problem. So it looks like Extend is the problem yet again.



Silly me, went for the discount for paying a year up front otherwise I would take the dish etc and place where the sun don't shine.

Just back after spending two months in the UK, msn, hotmail, gmail, HSBC, used them every day with no problem, This week back in NC problems with HSBC, & Hotmail on Extend. Saturday between 5pm & 7pm off, is this to do with the footy with users downloading matches, or just poor service.

..... if your connection is working well .. have a look at this... it was reported in the Cyprus Mail Internet.... simply because the officers in question were relaeased and this wasn't allowed in court..... and says a lot about the judicial system in the South.... the attorney general voiced his concern too....

I am also with Extend and hadn't got Internet connection yesterday - also my speakers have been working since PC doctor sorted out 'another' problem!!!! any suggestions? Bit of a dinosaur when it comes to computers I'm afraid
