| It could be worse. Here in the UK, our 'Higher Rate Deposit Account' now shows about the same return as stuffing the money under the mattress. By comparison, the rates in TRNC are a phenomenon. The only thing that worries me: what are Turkish banks doing that allows them to return such high rates to investors? This is a serious question, because I'd happily jump ship but I'm wary of an Icelandic meltdown! |

| I always knew that being skint would pay dividends sooner or later!! No worry here from loss of interest on savings - not enough to worry about when total savings are £27.17. Worry on guys, for a stress free life be skint and happy..... |
