Hi Marym,

Bought a villa on the next site to Cystal Bay(Started after Crystall Bay). Few teething problems but been in just over a year now.Same developer.

Hi Marym. we are at Villa no 10.Crystal Bay yep loads of problems, mainly down to lack of communication and trust, mostly ok now. Hopeful that the new maintenance agreement will bring results.
