Dear All,



One of my customer is urgently looking for a villa for long-term rent. The house should be at least two bedrooms, furnished and with a pool. Also, he wants to have central-heating. I mentioned him that might be a bit difficult but if you have anything available, please feel free to contacting me.



He is ready to pay £400,450pcm.

I don't have a villa but I have a brand new furnished 2 bed apartment on Chelsey Village, Arapkoy available for long term let at a very good rate. Pool up and running on site also. If you are interested please let me know.
