| I was hoping to find out why so many people are getting married or getting engaged on that day-nah!! Honestly, my daughter in law had to turn down four appointments for that day because she is already booked for a wedding for that date.
The pay in TRNC between civil servants and the private sector is enormous-about 3-5 times in favour of the civil servants. Hence most economic activities are planned for the beginning of the month when people have more money in their pockets. 4th April is the first Saturday of the month and thus busier than other saturdays. Presumably the activity announced in the original post is on 4th April for this reason.
