| Is it possible to set up a committee to pay communal bills rather than employ a company. Our site is individual villas but we have a site belediye bill and a well and pump room that use electric. We would also like to keep the site nice. We have been given permission by the builder to do this ourselves but do not want to break the law. |

| yes you can do this , but it is advised you employ a solicitor just to get all right from the beginning so to speak , you will save a lot of money , as you will be doing all yourself , the money you save could be well spent on an accountant/solicitor . What a forward thinking developer you have that is prepared to work with you , well done to him . Good luck with all . Hope this helps . |
