The apartment is - as a guesstimate - around 900 sq ft, it has one large 26,000 btu air conditioning unit in the living room which I had installed last year, judged to be large enough to cool/heat the entire apartment! The apartment is situated almost opposite Osmans apartments in the same street as the British Cemetery, close to the Pia Bella hotel.
