Ever fancied owning a pub?



Well, visit the website http://www.winapubinwales.co.uk and you could be the owner of the Plash Inn in Llanfallteg. Current owners, Steve Goymer and his wife, Christie are trying to sell the pub through an online competition. Answer four questions and a tiebreaker, accompanied by a ticket for twenty quid and the Welsh drinking-hole could be yours! Mr Goymer said he might be willing to stay on as a manager for the new owners of the pub, but the terms would need to be "flexible enough" for his family commitments.

Funny how nowhere do they give details of the Pubs Trading Accounts or current trading position!



You might 'win' a Pub for £20, only to find you have taken over trading debts of £100,000!, and a barman who is the 'Only Gay in the Village'!



3 months ago you could have bought the entire Woolworths UK business for just £1!





p.s. no-one tried to sell a NC property through an online competition yet?
