I am putting myself forward for the elections in April. This will be the Cyprus44 elections.



I have formed my party; C.R.A.P.S. This stands for Consumers React Against Price Structure. I would like my party to be known as the CRAPS party. Hopefully, no casino operators will object.

My manifesto:



1.

All non-TRNC citizens will become honorary TRNC citizens. This takes place as soon as they have accumulated 100 points on their driving licence.



2.

As you now can become citizens, you will be allowed to gesticulate at leisure.



3.

The recent smoking ban will be extended to all outside areas. (Amendment, citizens with a relative in the police force will be exempt).



4.

All advocates will be required to respond to any form of communication within 12 working hours. Failure to do so will result in attending re-training.

5.

Estate agents will be required to tell the truth. Failure to do so will result in deportation. If they are a citizen of the TRNC, they will only be deported across the Green Line.



6.

Builders who “try it on” will lose their right to drive a big car. They will have to drive a vehicle with an engine size below 1200cc’s.



7.

Digiturk will bring back Premiership football and Formula 1.



8.

Bank Interest for Turkish Lira will be set at 40% per annum.



9.

Korineum Golf Club will allow 100 new members the right to join without paying the joining fee.



10.

All beaches will be open and FREE throughout the summer. We operate under the British system of BST, British Summer Time, so it’s started.



11.

Pedestrians will be required to walk on a pavement if there is one.

Finally, well until I think of any more. Any business found to have ANY item not priced, or incorrectly priced, or if there is more than one price, i.e. a TRNC price, a Brit price, a tourist price and a London Cypriot price will be shot on sight.
