What a great job Jo and the team done

Hi all,



I am just posting this thread because, I have just used James Valentine removals for shipping some household items and equipment to TRNC and would like to say that Jo who done such a great job making all this so easy for me as I have never done it before.



My belongings were collected from my property and all checked and the ones that I struggled with Jo and the team sorted all this out and wrapped them for me ,and also through the whole process right up until it was loaded onto the ship I was informed about what was going on, if I ever need anything like this doing again I would with out a doubt use them again.

I was also given a tracking number to track my container from point to point.



If any of you are stuck on who to use then I can highly recomend this company, not just for shipping but also the great advice if you have not done anything like this before, also the customer service if very good and not once during the process did I have doubts in them.

Thank you for posting that. We are using Jo for our move in a couple of weeks. Will be delighted if it all goes as well for us. How did you get on with paying 'tax' on items when they got to your house?

I had the privilege of meeting Jo in TRNC last year, a lovely lady. I also know someone who has used the services of Valentine removals, and would definately recommend.

When our container arrived the only tax we had to pay was about 75tl for the television,but we did make sure the new stuff we brought was taken out of its original packing and we had no problems at all,in fact the custom officers that where checking things where very helpful.My wife laid on a selection of sandwiches,cakes,soft drinks,tea & coffee for them which was appreciated
