You won't get many replies if you are after a cheap bargain, there ain't no such thing here. All cars, mopeds, scooters, etc are very expensive here,

I don't want to be a bad egg, but your scooters are not YAMAHA are they!!! In fact they are a copy of the Yamaha BWS. Are they a chinesse copy or Taiwan?

Hi Bonibom, Was informed they are made in Taiwan under licence from Yam, running gear is as BWS as far as I'm aware, build quality is good not cheapy chinesse Ive ran one for 3 years with no probs off the button every time and they whip along at 80k+. They fall under 100cc which is good for Tax and insurance costs. Hav'nt had any come backs from previously sold, all that have purchased are happy bunnies so I'd say VFM, have a test ride if you fancy one. D.N

i bought a scooter from Dixi, so did my neighbour. Couple of little niggles, which Dixi sorted out no probs, other than that v reliable. Scooter is about £600-£700 cheaper than the Yamaha model, which it's based. Build quality is is very good, so could not see the point of paying the extra. Cheap as chips to run (cheaper than getting the bus perhaps) and a lot of fun to boot.
