Brilliant tenants (middle aged couple, children grown up and in the uk, no pets) looking to rent for a minimum of a year (aiming for around 3 years) a nice 3 bedroom villa. They are already renting a villa but the villa has been sold! They need a min 3 beds with central heating, air con, fly screnes, pool and fully furnished. Location can be flexible.
